Fresh Chalets provide a FREE PRIVATE transfer service (for up to 4 people - please see our booking conditions) to every single person taking a holiday with us. Generalising our terms and conditions this means we will pick you up from Geneva Airport or Bourg St Maurice train station at the start of your trip and whip you up the hill to Val d'Isere in next to no time and reverse the process on the way back home.

How?
Your driver (Steve the co-owner of Fresh Chalets) will be waiting in the arrivals hall (look out for your name / our logo) and will collect you and your luggage and swiftly take you direct from the airport to Val d'Isere. Travel time on average and excluding any stops or adverse weather / traffic conditions is approximately 2hrs 45 mins. Our modern Honda CRV all terrain vehicle handles the trip effortlessly. From Bourg St Maurice train station the transfer takes about 30-45 minutes.

The trip
We will take the fastest route straight from the terminal at Geneva
Airport. No scheduled stops will be made as such but can be
requested of course. If time allows and with prior consultation we will
often stop for a little break in Bourg St Maurice allowing you time
to get a few provisions for the week ahead.

Your driver will also be able to give you valuable information about
what's happening in resort at present e.g. latest weather / snow
forecasts. You will be kept entertained (if you so wish) by the radio
or bring your IPOD to plug in or laptop and DVD's for the kids.

The vehicle
The Honda CRV all wheel drive vehicle is specially adapted to life
in the mountains. There is plenty of seating space for your driver
and 4 people and all their luggage. The boot is large and the roof
box can carry several sets of ski equipment. Leather detailling
in the interior maximises your comfort for the journey. If you are bringing kids then let us know and we'll try and fit in some things to keep them entertained on the journey.
