With flexible catering options available you can get the best of all worlds relaxing in the chalet on some evenings and exploring the town on others. Please refer to the pricing page - see link and / or menu above, as some weeks must be taken on a catered chalet board basis whereas other weeks (as self catered on the price matrix) have the options explained below.
Unless you choose an upgrade as outlined below, and assuming you are not on a catered week your chalet apartment will be supplied with linen (beds with duvets, bath & hand towels, bath mats, teatowels) as well as loo roll, dishwasher tablets, bin bags, washing up liquid, oil, salt & pepper to get you started. It will also have been extensively cleaned from the week before. Any temporary beds i.e. in the lounge will NOT be made up but prepared linen will be provided. No food or provisions will be in the chalet apartment but please feel free to use the induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, washer dryer and of course the fridge freezer to your hearts content.
You may also wish to choose between bed & breakfast or a semi-catered option as an upgrade to your self-catered holiday.
Self-catering + kit options
If you choose a self-catering holiday you will be left to your own devices for your week long stay. Staff will be available should you have any questions but will not be in daily. Basic provisions will be left to start you off If you require further provisions the table below shows common 'arrival packs' our clients order.
Bed & Breakfast
You will get breakfast cooked in your chalet on six mornings, a cake each afternoon plus a daily clean and mid-week towel change.
Semi-Catered
As per bed & breakfast inclusions. In addition canapés and a 3 course dinner will be served, as per the fully catered menu, on 3 nights of your stay giving you the flexibility to explore Val d’Isere on other evenings or order in!
There will be information in the chalet about local restaurants, take aways and delivery services, and you can ask your chalet staff for any recommendations and reservations. For breakfast on the seventh day there will be cereals in the chalet and fresh bread and croissants will be delivered to the door.
