The following are important points taken from our general booking terms and conditions. The set of terms and conditions must be agreed to before departure. The complete set of terms of conditions can be downloaded here.

We will assume you have agreed to our terms and conditions unless you tell us to the contrary before departure.

Payments:

A deposit of 20% is payable within 7 days of booking. Please see our 'How to pay' page to understand how you can pay. Full payment is due 8 weeks before travel. We reserve the right to cancel your booking if either of these conditions are not met. Groups of men must pay a refundable damage deposit of £1000 per head.

Check in and check out:

Check in times on arrival day will be no earlier than 4pm. Check out times on departure day will be no later than 10am. If you are organising your own travel to and from the chalet and would like to arrive early or depart late please discuss with us so we can come to some arrangement to get you maximum ski time.

Travel and Transfers:

You should make sure that your flights arrive at, and depart from Geneva Airport specifically within the time frames as specified on our 'Getting here...FLIGHTS' page. You are responsible for all travel costs. We guarantee your private transfer (in our vehicle or a specified partner vehicle) in the time frame window as specified on the aforementioned page. Transfers at other times, from Bourg St Maurice train station or other airports, or indeed on other days of the week maybe be possible. There may be an extra charge for this. Should you opt to travel via road the please let us know as we can get you an underground parking slot for your stay. If you travel on the overnight train service and therefore gain an extra days skiing it may or may NOT be possible to get access to your accommodation early / late. If your flight is delayed then we may have to charge you extra for the enforced wait; this also applies if your flight is diverted to another airport.

Exclusions:

You are responsible for insurance, lift pass, equipment hire and lunches.
